HOMEWOOD, Ala. (WIAT) — The City of Homewood has filed a response to the petition that was filed by the family of Jabari Peoples for the release of body camera footage.
According to Homewood City Manager Glen Adams, the response was filed July 11.
“ALEA has the custodial authority, not possible for the city of Homewood to release it,” Adams said.
