BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A man being held at the Jefferson County Jail died last week.
46-year-old Michael Eugene Taylor was found unresponsive by jail staff around 6:30 a.m. on July 11. Taylor was booked into the jail on charges of resisting arrest and identity theft on July 8.
