BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The man accused of taking part in the brutal murder of four men in Birmingham’s Smithfield community appeared in court Monday morning, July 21, for a pretrial hearing.
Lamarion Charlie faces capital murder charges for all four deaths, which occurred in what authorities say was the first of three quadruple homicides in the city in 2024.
