2 suspects identified in Alabaster animal cruelty case

ALABASTER, Ala. (WBRC) – The Alabaster Police Department has identified the two men facing first-degree animal cruelty charges after 180 animals were discovered living in poor conditions at a home in Alabaster.

According to police, 177 dogs and nine cats were removed from the home in June 2025. Of those, 119 dogs and all nine cats were euthanized due to severe health issues.
