Brighton councilor acquitted in obstruction case tied to double homicide video

A Brighton city councilor, Jerome McMullin Jr., has been found not guilty of obstructing government operations in connection with a double homicide video.

A judge ruled that the state failed to prove the charge against McMullin. Additionally, a charge of tampering with evidence was dismissed.
