A 55-year-old Birmingham man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound at Hoover Tactical Firearms on Wednesday evening, according to the Hoover Police Department.
Police responded to the incident at approximately 5:51 p.m. after receiving a report of a person shot. The victim, identified by the coroner’s office as Robert Stanley Loboda Jr., was pronounced dead at the scene by Hoover Fire Medics at 6:10 p.m.
