An attorney and real estate developer has sued state Rep. Juandalynn Givan, (D-Birmingham), and two other people alleging they defamed him with false accusations during a conflict on social media.
“They made multiple allegations against me, accused me of crimes of moral turpitude,” said Eric Guster, the attorney who filed the suit, on Facebook. “That plan of attack that they laid on me was with the same lies at the same time.”
