On Thursday, Mayor-Elect Nick Derzis announced the formation of a Transition Team that will help set the foundation for his administration and chart a clear path forward for the City of Hoover. The team brings together a diverse group of leaders from business, education, public safety, economic development, infrastructure and civic life who share a deep commitment to the city and its residents.
“I am excited to introduce this outstanding group of individuals who will help guide Hoover during this important transition,” said Mayor-Elect Derzis. “Each member brings expertise, vision, and a genuine dedication to our community. The Transition Team will focus on key areas including education and workforce development, public safety, economic growth, infrastructure, fiscal accountability, parks and recreation, and quality of life.
