CALERA, Ala. (WIAT) — A church in Calera welcomed members back Sunday morning after a tornado damaged their building in March.
“When you have a place to meet, what it does is it allows you to gather to worship God,” said Jason Jarvis, Pastor at Calera Baptist Church. “And the Bible teaches us that we should not forsake the gathering together of believers. And the word church actually means assembly. And so having a location to meet like this is very special.”
