BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Friends and family say they’re feeling frustrated that another year has gone by and they still don’t know who shot and killed Rodriguez Powell and Justin Taylor.
The two cousins were shot and killed while sitting in a car in the 4200 block of Inglenook Street in 2022.
