The Birmingham City Council voted Tuesday, once again, to put up a gate blocking off a public street near Vulcan Park to prevent car wash traffic from backing up into a neighborhood.
The original vote happened on June 9, but an attorney for the car wash said his client hadn’t been notified of the public hearing.
