PRICEVILLE, Ala. — Two Central Alabama men with active warrants were arrested during a traffic stop on I-65 North on Monday evening.
According to the Priceville Police Department, officers collaborated with STAC Agents from the North Alabama Drug Task Force. The driver was identified as 35-year-old Eric Fuqua Bailey of Birmingham, and the passenger was 39-year-old Deon Tay Sherone Fails of Center Point.
According to Central Dispatch, both Bailey and Fails had active extraditable warrants issued by the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office. Bailey was wanted for felony theft related to the Department of Labor, while Fails faced charges for unlawful possession of marijuana…
