The Homewood Police Department responded to a call on Sept. 27, 2025, regarding a stolen electric bicycle from the 1000 block of Broadway.
Officers obtained a suspect description from video surveillance in the condo garage. Later that day, an officer spotted a man matching the description on Green Springs Highway.
