A double shooting at a Hoover apartment complex is sparking safety concerns. On Monday night, two men were shot at the Haven Apartment Homes. Rahman Hayes was arrested by Hoover Police. Now one resident is speaking out, hoping the property management company makes changes to increase safety.
“Are they going to take this seriously and do what needs to be done here, corporate,” questioned Sunni Montgomery. “Or is this gonna be people have short memories and will forget about this. We don’t need a third one. I’m unnerved.”
