Birmingham police make 62 arrests in week-long crime crackdown

The Birmingham Police Department’s Special Operations Bureau reported significant enforcement activity during the week of Oct. 6-12, 2025, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance public safety.

The Special Enforcement Division made 62 arrests, including 43 felony arrests and 19 misdemeanor arrests.
