Medical building clears zoning hurdle, Foosackly’s coming to Hoover

A four story medical office building cleared a zoning hurdle in Hoover on Monday night. The building will be built with four floors standing 72 ft. tall in Stadium Trace Phase II. The first three floors will consist of medical offices physician’s can lease out, and the top floor will be the outpatient surgical center. Loree Skelton, the owner of the building said it’s a project she’s been working on since 2019.

“This whole project started in honor of my parents and their legacy of providing healthcare to the citizens of Hoover,” said Skelton.

The building is set to open in 2027. Hoover is also nearing the deadline to find an operator for a similar medical building in Riverwalk Village…
