BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A Midfield man called CBS 42 after getting a ticket from a red-light camera.
He says the cameras unfairly target drivers and wanted us to investigate whether or not they are legal. Everyone knows the saying “If a tree falls in the woods and no one is around to hear it, does it make a sound?”
