BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Halloween is approaching, and several locations across central Alabama are planning “Trunk or Treat” events to celebrate the holiday.
These events are an alternative to Trick or Treating, in which participants park their cars in a parking lot for children to gather candy from in lieu of getting candy from houses.
