Police make arrests at Brother Bryan Park in Birmingham amid drug use concerns

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Police Department confirmed new information about what happened at Brother Bryan Park Tuesday, Oct. 21, where several people were arrested in an area that has seen homeless encampments and complaints of drug use.

Police told WBRC that Brother Bryan Park was littered with drug paraphernalia on Tuesday, resulting in some of those arrests.
