On Friday, October 24, 2025, Birmingham Mayor Randall L. Woodfin will present his restored 1967 Cadillac Eldorado, named ‘Ella Mae,’ at NASCAR’s Second Annual Cars and Coffee event. The event will be held at City Walk, with show cars displayed along Ninth Avenue North, between 19th Street North and Richard Arrington Jr. Boulevard, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
‘Ella Mae’ is named after Woodfin’s great-grandmother Elnora and R&B artist Ella Mai. The car features a black custom paint job, upgraded windows, and 18-inch Spokes N Vogues wheels. The restoration was completed by Spokes N Vogues, a company known for customizing vehicles for several public figures. Mayor Woodfin expressed appreciation for their work.
Other vehicles at the event will include rapper Bun B’s 1990 Brougham d’Elegance Cadillac, which displays Trill Burger’s logo and UGK album art, and Big K.R.I.T.’s 1984 El Dorado Biarritz. A customized low rider from rapper Curren$y will also be shown. The artists will not perform at the event, but their vehicles are expected to attract interest…
