Students at a middle school in Alabama reportedly fell ill after ingesting cookies that they bought from another student and ingested on school property, according to multiple local outlets.

On Thursday, Oct. 23 around 10:15 a.m., Center Point Fire arrived at Clay-Chalkville Middle School in Olay, Ala., to treat multiple students who had allegedly ingested cookies that were baked and sold by another student at the school.

According to Jefferson County Schools Superintendent Walter B. Gonsoulin Jr., the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department was dispatched to the school to perform preliminary testing on the cookies…
