Birmingham capital murder suspect back in Alabama after New Orleans capture

The suspect in the Birmingham killing of a man who was fatally shot while he was waiting to go to work in Woodlawn is now back in Alabama.

Harold Jackson Dailey, 35, is charged with capital murder in the Aug. 11 slaying of 51-year-old John Byron Roulaine.

He was extradited Friday from the Orleans Parish Justice Center in New Orleans to the Jefferson County Jail where he remains held without bond.
