BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A Birmingham made was arrested Tuesday after allegedly threatening a police officer on social media.
According to the Birmingham Police Department, 28-year-old Ontarius Jemelle Chester is charged with second-degree making a terroristic threat. He was arrested in the 2600 block of Avenue G in Ensley and taken to the Birmingham City Jail.

The BPD stated it became aware Sunday of a social media post that included statements regarding killing a Birmingham police officer.
