A jury has found Tykirel Jordan not guilty in the murder case of Alpatrick McKinstry, who was shot and killed in Birmingham in 2022.
The verdict was returned yesterday afternoon, clearing Jordan of the charges. The case drew attention due to the circumstances surrounding the incident, which involved a child under the age of 14 being present at the time of the offense.
