BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — An 18-year-old male died following a Birmingham shooting Saturday.
According to the Birmingham Police Department, officers were dispatched around 3:15 p.m. Saturday to a ShotSpotter alert at Ensley Park. On their way to the park, they saw a vehicle at Birmingham Fire Station No. 16. There were two male gunshot victims in the car.
Myca Clark Jr., of McCalla, was taken to UAB Hospital. Clark was pronounced dead at the hospital. The other victim was treated at the scene.
