2 Bessemer men killed in crash identified

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — Two Bessemer men were killed in a single-vehicle crash over the weekend.

The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office stated 50-year-old Charles Devon Lockett was traveling on the 2500 block of Carolina Terrace early Sunday morning when his car struck a utility pole and tree. Lockett and a passenger, 35-year-old Denterrius Deon Hill, were both fatally injured in the crash.
