MIDFIELD Ala. (WBRC) – A man and his dog were rescued Wednesday morning from a house fire in Midfield.
The fire started in the 1300 block of Woodward Road. The man was taken to a hospital with burns and smoke inhalation, according to Midfield Fire and Rescue.
He is in stable condition. The dog was treated and is now at a vet clinic.
