GRAYSVILLE, Ala. (WIAT) — Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the Graysville community on Wednesday that led to an arrest.
On Nov. 19, a search warrant was executed in the 500 block of Windsor Dr. NE. Authorities say they seized methamphetamine, fentanyl, Xanax pills, multiple guns and other items. Marvin Pope, 81, was arrested and charged with certain persons forbidden to possess a pistole, unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
