BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – A man from St. Clair County was killed Saturday after his vehicle broke down on Interstate 20.
According to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office, Jagger Thorne Cox, 18, of Ragland, was standing outside his disabled vehicle at mile marker 131 near Brussels Road and Georgia Road.
Another driver struck Cox’s vehicle at 4:15 a.m., injuring him in the process…
