Child flown to Birmingham after being hit by truck in Cedar Bluff

CEDAR BLUFF, Ala. (WBRC) – A child was life-flighted to Children’s of Alabama after they were hit by a truck the night of Nov. 22.

Police Chief Jeremy Stapps said the child turned and walked into the path of the oncoming truck on Martha Vera Lane.

Emergency responders immediately provided aid at the scene. Atrium Floyd EMS transported the child to Atrium Floyd Cherokee, where the child was then life-flighted to Children’s of Alabama…
