A Jefferson County jury has awarded $10 million to Deputy Aimee Jo Brasher after she was attacked by a narcotics detection K9 during a training exercise in May 2021.
The verdict, delivered on Nov. 25, 2025, found Officer David McIntosh liable for the attack by his K9, Rocco.
