A special called meeting was held for the Morrell Todd Homes Resident Council. The housing community was the site of an officer involved shooting nearly three weeks ago. The fatal shooting leaving some residents feeling unsettled.
“I actually witnessed it out of my window. So, I am thoroughly traumatized by it,” said Labrya Wilkerson.
