BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Central Alabama residents are preparing for dangerously cold wind chills as an arctic front moves through the region over Saturday and Sunday night.
Saturday’s spring-like temperatures reached nearly 70 degrees, with people enjoying outdoor activities like biking. However, meteorologists warn that wind chills will make it feel well below freezing Sunday morning.
