BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The Birmingham Police Department announced Monday the arrest of a man in reported connection to a shooting Saturday.

Harold King, of Birmingham, sustained gunshot wound injured during an alleged assault in the 5400 block of Jefferson Avenue SW. Toshaud McIntosh, 35, of Bessemer, was arrested and charged with murder.
