BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Hey Birmingham! A new venue called Burrow and Bloom offers families an upscale option for children’s birthday parties and play dates.
Owners Patrick and Sydney Foote created the space after looking for another option for their children to have an upscale, more homey style birthday party. Families can rent out the entire first floor for two and a half hours.
The venue features a hands-on playroom designed to be less overstimulating than traditional options, without technology. The space includes coloring sheets, a play business, a play school and a playhouse. Adults have access to a coffee bar, and the venue includes a fully stocked diaper room and a space where parents can sit and read to their children.
The second floor houses a wedding venue space that can seat up to 115 people. The venue also includes a private ensuite on the other side of the wall for wedding parties to gather and relax before ceremonies.
