BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Congratulations to this week’s Rising Star, Carlos Smith Jr.!
Carlos is a senior at Huffman High School with a 3.8 GPA. He is a member of SGA, National Honor Society, the Bowling Team, Peer Peace Board, and is a Senior Ambassador. Also, he was selected to travel to Ghana by Birmingham Sister Cities. He is someone his peers can rely on, and he always encourages them to be their best person.
