JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – A Vestavia Hills man is in jail after he is accused of kidnapping a woman, along with other charges.
Charles Alan Cummings, 39, is charged with first-degree domestic violence, first-degree rape, second-degree domestic violence and first-degree kidnapping.
According to court documents, Cummings kidnapped a woman on Halloween. From there, he is allegedly raped the woman and also assaulted her, leaving her with physical injuries.
