BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The Birmingham Police Department has identified the suspect who was arrested at the scene of a fatal shooting that occurred Friday.
The incident occurred in the 900 block of 14th Place Southwest. According to the BPD, 48-year-old Kevin Holloway was arrested for murder in connection to the fatal shooting of Bobby Richardson.
Holloway is being held at the Jefferson County Jail with no bond…
