BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Three people are facing charges after police caught them illegally dumping trash in the city using a moving truck, according to the Fairfield police chief.
Fairfield Police Chief Julius Hunter said the suspects were observed using a 26-foot U-Haul to dump trash in an alley off Terrace Avenue earlier this week.
“We observed a 26ft U-Haul right here on the street and the individuals pulling trash and dumping it right here on this site,” Hunter said…
