BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The Birmingham Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Christmas afternoon.
According to the BPD, the shooting occurred at around 1:56 p.m. in the 2500 block of Avenue S in Ensley. The victim’s injuries were non-life-threatening.
