Shay Renee Oden organized an outreach to the needy and homeless on Tuesday, distributing food and supplies from the parking lot at A.G. Gaston Motel on a cold day to those in need, and sending a bus around to Birmingham city parks to deliver supplies.
“We got MAX Transit to donate a bus, we got Community Food Bank to donate food for over 200 people,” Oden said.
