BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Birmingham Police Department is asking for assistance locating a man who last made contact with a concerned family member on Thursday, Dec. 25.
Police say 52-year-old Reginald Preyer is 6-foot-3 and weighs around 220 pounds.
