A well-known Alabama landmark set for commercial and agricultural redevelopment will receive $11 million in assistance through a state grant to bolster the initiative.

Developers of Hallmark Farm, a property renowned for its postcard-like barn set along a meadow off I-65 in Warrior, were awarded the major grant from the Alabama Department of Workforce, officials announced Tuesday.
