BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — A suspect was arrested Tuesday in alleged connection a fatal fire that left a 32-year-old woman dead.
Makayla Rembert was killed in a fire in the 1200 block of 16th Street Southwest on Dec. 22. Justin Seals, 39, of Birmingham. was taken into custody and charged with capital murder.
