BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — The Birmingham Police Department plans to hold their Close-Out Operation roll call Wednesday evening.
The one-day operation, on New Year’s Eve, will involve the deployment of at least 100 Birmingham Police officers across the city.
