A fight over control of an Alabama town’s government continues after a judge threw out a majority of the council members and declared their recent elections invalid.
Members of the Lipscomb City Council are asking a Jefferson County Judge to reconsider his recent decision that has left the town politically cripped with not even enough council members left to legally hold a meeting.
