DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — ALEA has issued a MISSING PERSON ALERT for a Birmingham man.
Marcus Warren Ian Barker, aged 60, is a white male with gray hair and blue eyes. He is about six feet tall and around 190 Lbs.
He is believed to have a condition that may impair his judgement, ALEA says.
