JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WIAT) — Jefferson County received a lot of rain in a very short amount of time Friday, making for dicey driving conditions.
We captured video of drivers stranded by flash flooding at 31st Street North and 7th Avenue Friday evening, an example of just how quickly road conditions can change.
