BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBMA) — A former Birmingham Fire and Rescue battalion chief was arrested and charged with theft, according to Jefferson County Jail records.
Jail records show 54-year-old Sebastian Alexander Carrillo was charged with theft by deception in the first degree. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Dec. 30, 2025.
