JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ala. (WBRC) – A captain at the Bibb County Correctional Facility in Brent has been arrested in Jefferson County.
According to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, Robert Earl Rutledge was arrested on third-degree domestic violence – harassment.
The Alabama Department of Corrections (ADOC) confirmed to WBRC that Rutledge works as a captain / correctional officer at the Bibb County facility. They did not have a statement on his arrest or an update on his job status as of Monday, Jan. 12…
